“The airline ‘Q’ and ‘BA’ decided to change the time of my flight from LHR via Doha to BKK… without even checking whether they need to change my flight to LHR from Edinburgh. How am I supposed to be traveling to BKK from LHR at 8:30am when my flight from Edinburgh to LHR is at 11:45 am? Try to call BA customer service they weren’t even helpful at all … awful service!
So I rang up Travelup agency and the person who helped me his name is Brian. He straight away dealt with the issue without having to question about it. He knows what’s he were doing better than those airlines customers services!

“Very good to book over the phone since online payment sytem was not accepting my card. But after the booking is done they beg you for feedback I got 2emails for comments and 5stars. Then when you email them for anything else no one answer it's been a couple of emails since 1month of booking and no one is getting back after 3weeks verybad customer service at the end!!!!”
