“Had not received my e-ticket from a booking i had made some hours before. Called the number and got through to Sana Altaf, she said it had come in now and she forwarded instantly. All Sorted. Wish it had happened automatically within the 3 hour window i was told when i paid for the booking.”
“I booked a ticket via travel up. Unfortunately the airline changed the schedule. TravelUp phone line was dreadfull. Utterly useless. Zero Stars. However, I emailed back the agent who informed of the change and thankfully he dealt with the issue immaculately.
Asad Khan was courteous and communicated with me excellently. He got the flights sorted to my new preferred dates. Got the ticket issued and the new ticket over to me. Thank you so much Asad Khan.

“As a company it has been a total nightmare to rebook, as I had a voucher! I spoke to many people and I felt everyone was always passing the buck! I was put on a hold a few times and the line went dead for about 10minutes so I eventually gave up! Then everyone was saying different things! I rang yesterday to be told I only had £990 on my voice and would have to pay £600 extra to rebook flights, but then today I had £1,082 on my voucher and only had to pay £338 for the exact same flights!! So be careful! As I company I wouldn't use them again! But I was very lucky to speak to a very helpful gentleman today Nash Davies who helped me get it sorted! If it wasn't for him o don't know what I would of done so thanks Nash Davies for your help!”
“Tahiti was very helpful in arranging for my partner to join my flight that was already booked.
Only fault I have is that the first pay page is confusing as no facility to put card details, but suggests pay now!
