“My review is simply based on the fantastic service received by Asif Khan at TravelUP UK office. I had to wait for 72 hours to get the e-tickets and was getting worried. I spoke to various agents, some were helpful besides one bad agent on a night shift. No one resolved the pending e-tickets until I spoke to Asif Khan who went above and beyond to follow through both internally and called me back as promised to confirm the e-tickets were received. I am only giving 5 stars for Asif as he promptly delivered etickets within few hours and also called me specially to confirm. Kudos to you Asif Khan!!
