The flight we was originally booked onto was cancelled and the equivalent alternative didn’t leave us much time to reach out connection flight as we have a badly and all the extra gear that comes with them. Travel up found us a direct flight to our connecting destination and upgraded us to that flight free of charge within 24hours. Great service and very informative with everything going on”
