“It was a long and difficult process caused, apparently, by systems problems with the airlines. Couldn't do it on line as the website it repeatedly said there was a system issue after I'd typed all the personal info in, attempted to pay by card etc. So I phoned you. Was cut off after your recorded messages the first time but got through ok the second time. Got there eventually but the call took almost an hour before we successfully completed the booking. The guy helping me - Junaid Ansar - was very helpful, patient and polite and he made it all happen eventually. Must be a tough job for those guys if every trip is so difficult to book and you need to look at why it should take so long to complete the booking and why the online system just didn't work.”
