I have £460 credit from a cancelled flight, and they are NOT allowing me to use it in spite of many emails I sent them, they have NO SYSTEM to use such credit which is a TOTAL SCAM from travel UP. Would never ever recommend using them, unless you wish to lose your hard-earned cash!”
