My agent, Kyle Roberts, did a fantastic job in rebooking my BA cancelled flight from Marseille to Heathrow. He got me on a direct flight on the same day without any fuss but lots of work on his part, and no additional charges. I will use Travel Up again, for sure.

Kyle Roberts listened carefully to my issue and offered a solution. I needed to change a flight. My original flight has now been cancelled and I am awaiting a voucher for the full cost, so that I can rebook at a better time. Thank you!

I understand there are some negative review, so when I got message from BA that my return flight got cancelled, I was in a bit panic as the phoneline was far too busy and very long que waiting. So I decided to send an email to request a new flight. I was so impressed by the speed of response, within 24 hours , I got a reply and got an offer of alternative flight without any problem. Supper smooth and excellent service. So maybe use email will be a better option. I will definitely recommed Travelup with confident . Their price is very competative as well. Thank you for your support.

Mr Muhammad Ibrahim dealt with my request quickly today and assured me that we would get the refund within a few working days. However there has been a long wait since we first requested vouchers on 30.08.20 as being senior citizens we are still reluctant to travel.

Booking confirmation was within the time advised, but the nature of the email wasn't great. Entitling the email 'failed reservation' leads one to confusion if this is a successful confirmation. Confirming the reservation with the line 'Please note that your reservation is well confirmed' is appalling English and unprofessional, the hotel consultant, Faraz Ali, may as well have ended the confirmation with 'innit, bruv'.
