The flight we was originally booked onto was cancelled and the equivalent alternative didn’t leave us much time to reach out connection flight as we have a badly and all the extra gear that comes with them. Travel up found us a direct flight to our connecting destination and upgraded us to that flight free of charge within 24hours. Great service and very informative with everything going on”

Michelle was highly patient and customer centric. because this was an unconfirmed business trip, I have a lots of moving parts before I could make a decision. Michelle was extremely quick at getting back.
