“It was a real journey with the guys from TravelUp! All in all, I can say that the employee Fleming Greyson has been the absolute most helpful person I ever was in contact with via a Customer Service Helpline.
When I booked the ticket, I accidentally booked the wrong return date and was not very happy with the service I received to rebook the return flight. I didn't think that I was advised in my best interest - but in TravelUps best interest. I found that very unfair.
In the end, for various reasons, I couldn't board the plane and there was a big confusion about whether I will get a refund/voucher for my ticket or not. Fleming stayed with me throughout the whole process and was ALWAYS available to talk to me. He listened to me, understood me, and I was very confident that he would get this sorted. Which he did! In the beginning, I kind of regretted that I booked with TravelUp - but in the end, I have to say: I am looking forward to booking through their travel agency again. Thank you so much, Fleming, that you were fighting for me restored my faith in the goodwill and work ethics of Customer Services!!!”
“At the beginning of 2020 I booked through Travelup to visit my son and grandsons in Australia the booking process was easy to understand and great value for money. Then Covid-19 struck and my flights were cancelled I was devastated but Travelup were great. Customer services arranged for a refund from the airline and a voucher to the full ticket value for a future flight which was valid until June 2021. In December of 2020 my personal circumstances change so that it would not be possible to travel before June 2021 and I asked for a refund on my voucher which Travelup responded to within a day and refunded direct into my bank account within a week of my request. Throughout this very difficult year the staff at Travelup have kept their customers up to date with the latest news from the airlines and always been helpful and friendly I would strongly recommend them to anyone wishing to travel.”

“I had to request a refund for flight vouchers and spent months trying to get information. Once everything had calmed down I was able to speak to an advisor called Fleming Grayson, who was very patient and helpful and after several phone calls, I have been able to reserve a flight with BA. Still need to apply the vouchers, but BA are not taking any calls now, but as flight is reserved am hoping it will all be sorted early 2021. Big thanks to Fleming Grayson and his patience with me.”
