“Great customer service! Original product I selected was checked prior to sending to me. Tremor Audio contacted me to advise there was a tiny dot on the back of the guitar and offered me a different product for the same price which illustrates that they have great quality control. I received my guitar in 2 days. The big companies that do online orders could learn a thing or two from Tremor Audio.”

“The contact person from Tremor Audio, Colin, was very caring and prompt in electronic communication. He was very helpful during online purchasing of my guitar and also kept in touch throughout the process of courier delivery by CourierPost, which was delayed due to the corona situation and not up to Tremor Audio.”

“Cannot recommend Tremor Audio enough! Beautiful communication (even through a nationwide lockdown might I add), and an overall fantastic service.
