Only thing I think they could improve on is the graphic design service, which I paid for, but the images I sent were not of the correct type. All I did on hearing this was use an online converter and presto, I had the correct format. But as graphic designers, I thought they would come across this fairly frequently, and it would have taken them just a few seconds to do the conversion without bouncing it back to me. This is constructive feedback and does not impact on my overall rating. I would definitely recommend TRT and use them again.”
“We received our banner today and the quality is exceptional. We are nothing but pleased with the outcome. I realize that TRT offers their design service for a price but it would have been nice if there was a template to work with for those that do not chose to use your service. I found that numerous banner supply companies do offer a template and assumed that TRT would as well. You cannot get to the TRT information until after you pay the price and you are then granted to proceed. At that point I found that a template was not available. Everything else was GREAT!”
