“really disappointed, first order was really representative of the image on the website, had to exchange, I was informed the exchanged order was ready to pick up from my local post office but at the same time the tracking number still reads that the order is now located at my local DPD depot.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are really sorry to hear that there have been issues with the delivery of the exchanged items. Unfortunately, we can see on our dashboard, that DPD is returning the parcel to us, due to unknown reasons. We will open an investigation with them and also file a complaint accordingly. We will contact you via email, so you can decide if you would like your order to be sent again, or if you would prefer a refund at this time. Once again we really apologize for all the inconvenience caused!

“International delivery. Quick, no customs issues. Suits looked really good and the price is good. Ordered several suits and returned some. Super easy and quick. You need to pay for international returns but the process and receiving the return label was super easy. We would by again!”
