“Easy to purchase, but still to receive 5 days later , so not able to leave true review of item . One suggestion don’t use Royal Mail as your delivery agents , they are hopeless , item has been sat in depot a mile from delivery address for two days .”

“I was a bit sceptical about buying a shirt without a collar size. However I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and quality. The shirt has plenty of length in the body which is a rarity. Overall I cannot fault either the product or the service. A nice touch was the email from a co owner inviting feedback. I'm sure it goes to all purchasers but it felt personal and that along with the above will make me a repeat purchaser”

“Perfect quality and quick delivery the only challenging thing is to pay for returning/ replacement of goods when they don’t fit for example like it happened to me.When I’’m ordering from any other shop online such a zelando etc the returning sticker is already inside the package. I never buy with the aim to sent it back but happens size is a challenge so the product needs to be swapped for different size.Besides I am always happy with your product as is really good quality and would recommend to all!”

Hello Paul, thank you for your feedback, but unfortunately what you have stated is not true. You ordered on Friday evening, after working hours and not Thursday(we can provide proof of this). Please recheck your order confirmation which has been sent to your email along with shipping confirmation with tracking number and carrier, which you can use to track. You have chosen next-day delivery, which means the parcel will be delivered the next working day, so today, since yesterday was Bank Holiday, (DPD has sent an email confirming the same too).
