“Suit arrived as promised next day delivery, unfortunately they had sent the wrong size trousers. A quick call and we arranged for the correct size to be sent next day delivery, all tracked and arrived in time for my event that day!! The suit itself was great, good quality lovely style, glad I read some reviews before ordering that said go up a size in the jacket though! I would like to praise the lady I spoke to about the trouser size issue, she was brilliant, very apologetic and sorted the issue out giving confirmation along the way. Fantastic customer service, I cannot give any less than 5stars as the customer service sorting the issue out was fantastic!”

“I’ve had a great experience using TruClothing through Happy Gentlemen. The suit that my husband ordered was not the same as the suit that arrived. We emailed them and the response was very quick. We returned our suit free of charge, and were refunded quickly, in order to order a different suit. The delivery was extremely fast, and so we have an amazing suit just in time for our event! Many thanks!”
