“The Company service - before and after sales - is excellent - however - the two Jackets that I bought I had to return for various size and style issues - albeit the jackets were very nice - but not quite what I was looking forSo my 5* rating is mainly for the "Boys in the Shop" - many thanks”

“Nice fitting suit, good value for money, fast delivery and excellent customer service. The trousers were initially the wrong size, but they rectified the problem very quickly and it was no hassle. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.”

“Incredibly fast shipping to Canada, the blazer was beautiful. Unfortunately, even though I measured and thought I had sized up, it was a bit too small for me. I’ve ordered a larger one and am in the process of sending this one back for a return. So far the return process seems very simple.”

“Absolutely first class service! Yasim was extremely helpful in resolving my issue with an exchange. The quality of the product is outstanding! One tiny downside is the trousers I ordered measured approx an inch or so shorter than labelled. However, they offered to resolve this but unfortunately I didn't have the time to send them and wait for return before the wedding I was attending. So, that's why it's a tiny issue, because there was no hassle in resolving it. I just didn't have the time to wait, so that was on me. Delivery time is excellent too and I live in a small village up the North of Scotland. Sometimes Amazon can't even delivery that quick to me! So well done. Truclothing is 5 star all round in my book and I will definitely be shopping here again and also referring all my friends here too. Especially as we all enjoy going out in a suit. Thanks again ?”

“The service from Truclothing have been amazing, returned suits I didn’t like and got quick delivery (24-48 hrs). The more expensive suits are far better than any of the cheaper ones btw. Recommend!”

“Have to say super fast delivery and we’ll packaged in a suit bag.So first suit I ordered did not fit my son so returned it which is free to do and easy to sort. I wanted to exchange it for the next size up which I put on my return. Did not get confirmation on this but I had had a email asking me if it had arrived and how was it. So I replied to this email saying I had returned it and you have received it back today I had asked for a replacement. They replied back saying yes we have received your return but unfortunately the next size up is. I longer available what did I want to do. I would like another suit what do you have left in this size (next size up) so they sent me a link. I had a look and chose a suit. It was slightly more than the first suit which was fine so they sent me an invoice to pay the extra which was all easy to do and I received the new suit the next day by DPD. The replacement suit is lovely and fits perfectly and was surprised to find it comes with the pocket square shown in the pocket in the picture. So over all a good service very quick and very responsive.However I will say that I would go at least the next size up from what you would normally be.I also brought son a jumper in here and fits fine.The biggest mistake I made was showing my son the site as he now wants more!!”

“Ich habe einen Dreiteiler nach Deutschland bestellt und er wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen getreu der Bestellung geliefert. Er war leider etwas zu groß. Meine Schuld. Der Umtausch (Kosten, ca.15€, trägt man selbst) hat aber problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war sehr gut. Nach zwölf Werktagen ab Rücksendedatum kam der neue Anzug. Jetzt passt er und ich bin rundum zufrieden.Fazit:Toller Shop, tolle Anzüge, toller Kundenumgang. Klare Empfehlung!!”
