“Although I sent the coat back as it was the wrong size, they as a company done everything right, they immediately emailed labels and as soon as they received it back, they issued a refund no messing about my only worry is the sizing as I ordered a X-LARGE which is my size a 42 chest but it was too tight so perhaps I should have ordered a size up but nice coat even though it didn’t fit”

“Very quick delivery & gorgeous suit. Unfortunately the arm length was too short, so sadly had to return but the customer service team were very helpful and I was refunded quickly and efficiently.”

“I bought my son's 3 piece prom suit from here after reading the great reviews so just wanted to add my own.The website is easy to navigate and the choice is vast. The photos on the website are true to the product type and colour you receive. Delivery is very quick (arrived within 2 days). The suit arrived on a hanger, in a suit bag and it fits perfectly.Would definitely recommend to anyone”

“I had a good experience from TruClothing. The suit that I initially bought didn't fit me at all so I returned it and bought the biggest one they had. They refunded me in full for the first suit without any hassle. Only thing I would say is I would like to see Regular Fit suits in stock and not just Slim fit and Tailored fit, as even the biggest trousers are tight around my calves.”

“An amazing company. I have used a few times, fast delivery, items as described and shown on website. The quality of the suits and shoes are exceptional, the customer service is next to one.Super fast delivery and I have sent items back that I ordered the wrong size with no quibble and got a full refund within days. “My Grandson needed a suit for his Prom and he sent me a link to the site and the item he wanted. I ordered it and a tie was also selected. There was little time to the event and so we were hoping that it would be suitable. The price was very good, but was also of concern as we wondered if the quality would be reasonable. I selected to pay the postage for delivery the following day. As it turned out, the suit was excellent, great fit and fast delivery. I would certainly consider this company again.”

“Suit arrived but it was too small. It was easy to return and exchange for a bigger size. I spoke with customer services and they messaged straight away and a new suit was delivered within a eek which fits! The quality is amazing and the suit looks great on my son, ready to go to prom!I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend you!”
