“Poor quality boots that were much too narrow for average foot, and utterly reeked of plastic (PU uppers), indicating poor quality product. Return was fairly simple, though communications were perfunctory at best. When refund was made, original P&P wasn’t refunded. When complaint made, apology was forthcoming, and refund made. I would certainly give TruClothing another try, but would be much more careful in the selection of my choice of purchase!”

“The ordering , delivery and returns process was excellent. The blazer I ordered arrived as arranged , was very good quality but the sizing was very small indeed. I ordered a size 20 and this blazer was too tight even for my daughter who is a size 14/16 so a very disappointing outcome. Not sure I would order again due to the sizing discrepancy”

“When buying a suite on my experience,buy a couple of sizes up. My first suite I ordered was way to small I'm a 36 waist so reordered a size 40 and chest 42 so ordered a 46,they fitted perfect. Great suite,Quick delivery and great customer service 👏👏👏”

“Arrived earlier than expected, loved the quality and the colour of the suit and for a 3 piece suit the price is great. I have had to send it back due to size. A 44R on the trousers looked like some mc hammer trousers on me. So I’m hoping the size I have ordered will be better. Would definitely recommend Truclothing to friends and family”

“Yes the shipment was on time the only thing is I need a 40 jacket which I got but it seems like it's a little too small I don't know if it's returnable just for a jacket or I have to send everything back and rebuy it to get a 42. Yes the suit looks great and the pants fit perfectly it's just the jackets a little small around the belly area for some reason I will buy more suits from you if needed”
