“The online experience is not that great, and nor is the phone experience. Got short shrift when I enquired about whether I could include a message saying that this was a gift for a friend of mine who has cancer, and they just replied that they don’t provide that service. Otherwise, delivery arrived on time for my friend, and she was delighted. They do throw in some free truffle butter, which is a nice touch. I will use them again, but feel it’s a missed opportunity on the gift message front.”

Reached out to customer service with photos and they refunded me quickly with an apology - no questions asked. Excellent customer service! Thank you - will be ordering again soon.”
