“Bought as a Christmas present. The oils have a BBE of March.2026.
I was advised BBE dates are against each item. On checking I am unable to see that. If it's there needs to be clearer.
Was offered a refund. Already disposed of packaging. And be a cost to send back.
I wouldn't purchase again or recommend.

“Although received on time by courier and weighing 24g for the price of 20g, unfortunately the truffles had no discernible flavour or smell. Really did not live up to the distinctive taste that truffles are renowned for. Very disappointed given the cost. Previous purchases have been excellent.”
“Fresh truffles were poor quality with little to no fragrance or flavor. Truffle butter and tagliatelle came free and were nice, but it's a lot of money for a low quality product.”
“The quality of the truffle was very disappointing. After paying £25 I expected it to have some flavour. I grated over eggs and really couldn’t taste it, unfortunately the smell / odour was very weak also. I stored it in the correct way following the guidelines and tasted it a day after receiving it. To be honest I felt very let down and can not understand based on this truffle why everyone raves. I have had truffle infused oil etc which have had a fabulous flavour”
“Still don't have my order after almost 2 weeks. Delivery has apparently been with Swindon Royal Mail since 10th September. No checking or follow-up from Trufflehunter until this survey do not at all impressed. This was supposed to be for a friends Birthday on the 13th September”
