“It's not that things don't go wrong it's how you react when they do. Thanks to Truffle Hunter for acting so quickly on the back of a problematic delivery. Very much appreciated the quick and personal repsonse on Christmas Eve. Thank you.”
“As this is a Christmas gift there hasn't been an opportunity to taste the product. The service has been exemplary from the delivery to the gift wrapping. Thank you”
“Truffle was a present so I can't comment on taste but the receiver thought it was excellent.
TruffleHunter service was really good and Sharon deserves a special mention getting the truffle to me”
“Fantastic service. I cocked up my order, my pay platform quoted a previous address, upon noticing this after placing and paying for my order. I notified the company. I got a very quick response and the issue was rectified with speed. I really appreciated this. Highly recommend”
“This is a Xmas gift for a friend that likes to cook . So obviously I can’t comment on the product until it’s used . But what I can say is the postage was delivered two days after purchase. which being I’m still waiting on other items I purchased on the same day from other companies that still haven’t arrived means something at this time of year . Xmas 2025”
“I cannot comment on the products as they were bought as gifts, but the speed of delivery was amazing. As soon as my order was processed, I received an update to say the order was being dispatched and should be with me the next day. The products arrived securely packaged and in less than 24 hours of ordering.”
