“Received product in good time. Very well packaging. It shows the company really take good care on their produce and want customer to receive goods in good condition. Crisps I order as a trial to see if I can find company here in UK who produced good truffle products. Taste good just a bit salty than other truffle crisps I tried already. Thickness of crisps also a bit thick but I am fine with it as long as I can taste the truffle.”
“I purchased an item from the website in the hopes it would arrive in time to be included in a birthday gift hamper. I was provided a Royal Mail tracking number that never updated and after a week called to speak to someone. I was advised there seemed to be some logistic issue but they could see my order. I asked for a refund and was told I would be called or emailed. This is after I had already sent an email to customer service with no response. Following the call I made, I received a generic email the next day advising my order had been closed. Thankfully I received a refund within 48hrs but what a horrible experience. I won’t be using them again.”
“Purchased a gift set going directly to my friend. She was delighted with the selection and really please with the product. My only comment is that although there is a selection of "Gift Boxes" available on the website there is not facility to inclue a gift card or message. So the item arrived at my friends house with full invoice and she had no idea who sent it”
