“Ordered Snow 6 weeks ago. Just finished my 28th straight day of treatments. I have seen limited results possibly due to my high expectations and age (65). I was hoping to have pearly whites by the end of the 21 day challenge. I will continue on for as long as it takes. I am determined. Customer service is great. There was a mixup with the initial order although it was addressed and taken care of quickly.”
“I like the blue/red whitening mouthpiece. I believe it works, though I have not had the opportunity to use it every single day since I’ve had it. I used it for 3 days in a row and saw a difference. I like the fact that I had a question about something, and it was answered the next day.
What I’m not too thrilled about is the whitening toothpaste. If you wet your brush, then apply the paste, it liquifies in your mouth to the consistency of milk. But if you apply it to a dry brush, the consistency is a little better and more apt to stay in your mouth and not dribble out. Not sure what the whitening ingredients are either. It doesn’t feel gritty, and I saw no peroxide in the ingredients. Would definitely not recommend the toothpaste. The 4 stars are for the whitening wireless mouthpiece. And I give ZERO stars to the toothpaste.”
“I think my teeth are definitely whiter but not as white as I would like. I will continue with the strips to see if I can get them as white as I would like, but the cost of the strips before I reach my goal may be too much.”
“I noticed a difference with one use which is spectacular. My only complaint is that the mouth piece got a tear in it and I tried to contact customer support and no one has ever gotten back to me! That is disappointing!”
“I didn't know to use the gold serum first, so the first week I did that with no visable difference.. At that point I went online and found more instructions. (not much instruction comes with the kit). So I tried to use the gold serum and nothing was coming out of it. I called and your customer service said they would send me a new tube. It never came so I called again and they ordered it again and I received it. I had originally ordered an extra set of serums so I started using that gold tube. I've been using it now for 21 days. I am starting to notice a difference but they certainly are NOT white. There have been times that I don't think anything is coming out of the tube. When I try it on my finger it is completely dry. So I try a different tube then a few days later I try the first one and it is working again. I really wanted white teeth now that I have had them straightened. I took care of my kids teeth before worrying about my own.”
“Bought the whitening powder. Works well. Pleasant taste (mostly tasteless over toothpaste flavor). Container design leaves things to be desired (messy e.g., powder all over the sink). Overall, will buy again.”
“I love snow and think their products work as well as adressed. The reason I took off one star is bc I purchased one of their march limited edition toothpaste and it was so small compared to the other ones I bought. I was disapointed they didn't advertise this was travel size. While I love this brand I am going to be more careful purchasing in the future and making sure I don't spend money on things photographed looking normal sized but are mini sized.”
“I have used the led lights about ten times, and have not had the change in whiteness I expected. My teeth were not overly yellowed, and I had hoped for,more brightness.”
