“I ordered the BOGO whitening kits with the 4 silver & 1 gold whitening sticks, and both of the gold sticks were leaking an oily liquid. Disappointing!”
“I really wanted to like this but the mouthpiece didn’t work as directed. I tapped and tapped and the blue light was hit and miss.
I would buy again if the mouthpiece function would consistently work. I exchanged one and the 2nd didn’t work at all.

“Customer service is good but not sure if I received the right strips, because when I opened the package, the strips were so tiny and skinny. It barely covered the length of my front teeth (and I have a small mouth). I wished it was wider and longer so I didn’t have to double up in the front. Very disappointing because the ads make it looks so different from what you get.”
“It seems that there’s nothing different about this toothbrush than any other electric toothbrush. I have liked the new Oral-B toothbrush better. It has an app that will show you where and how you’re brushing your teeth. It indicates if you’re brushing too hard. It has different cycles and it has a way to track the whitening process so you can check if your teeth are actually getting whiter. It also has a timer on it so you know how long you’ve actually brushed. And it will sync with my Apple Health. This toothbrush does not do any of that. It just buzzes and tells me that I have gone so many seconds and to move onto the next quadrant. I have no idea how I am brushing how to gauge if my teeth are getting whiter how hard or soft I am rushing how much time or anything. I would really like to see something more beneficial and a toothbrush that is going to do something for my health and whitening actually have a way to track it.”
“Magic Strips were too small so they didn’t cover most of my teeth that show. They stuck to my lips so it didn’t apply evenly and was messy. They also gave me an allergic reaction. Secondly, the refund policy isn’t great. They’ don’t refund shipping or tax, take 10%, and charge for shipping them back. Customer service rep first sent a general response then a rude response. I would not recommend.”
“I got the whitening strips because I heard good things about the brand. I am very dismayed. I have used other forms of teeth whitening strips on the past, the best being $12 Burst strips, which I will be going back to. These are much too expensive and uncomfortable to not work as well as other strips.”
“The original whitening kits arrived well, however it expires within 3/4 months of my arrival date. This is very disappointing.
Regarding the effectiveness, I had a friend who tried it and it really works to keep their teeth super white and results were apparent within 2 weeks.”
“The wireless V2 is very uncomfortable. The charging case is poorly designed and only works less than half the wide. If you have a small narrow mouth, like most females do, it is very uncomfortable and the LED light only stays off 4-7 minutes at a time. I returned mine. Not happy with the product.”
“I used the dissolving whitening strips for two weeks straight, 2 twice a day as recommended. I honestly do not see any difference. I was expecting to see a noticeable change. I still have another box, I will use them and see if anything changes. I've never used dissolving strips before, a little different. The flavor was subtle, however it felt very gooey. Not a big fan.”
