“I think it is working...... now. Let me explain. Foolish me I didnt realize that the peroxide gel wand needed to be turned at the bottom for the gel to come out. So the first few weeks I didn't see much progress. Now I'm getting the proper dose of gel. Also my teeth aren't so much yellowed as grey and I think that takes more time to see results. Overall, I'm happy.”

“It did make my teeth a little whiter. But, not like the advertisement claims. In certain lighting they look whiter. Others they still look yellow. Just not as yellow. Two weeks into it my mouthpiece stopped working in my phone so I have to plug it into the wall and be confined to one spot. The cord isn't long enough to move at all.”
“So far so good! I ordered the whitening strips and I haven't had any sensitivity at all (I can't use other white strips so that's a big win!) They don't taste terrible, and they do seem to be having an effect- nothing super dramatic in my opinion, but noticeable over time. I use them every few days and I'm about halfway through the box.”
“The customer service is excellent. My mouthpiece kept turning off unexpectedly and after making my initial review, customer ordered a replacement without my even asking for one. This was totally unexpected and a great experience.
The only problem now is I used quite a bit of the maximum strength serum that is probably in the start kit not realizing that the LED lights on right side of mouth were not working at all. As a result I have to start again from scratch. I wondered why I was not seeing a positive result.”

“I love the products but my toothbrush does not work well! it changes from whitening to the next without me even pushing the button. Sometimes it won't even shut off and I have to just put it back on its charger still running! I love the product but am really disappointed in the toothbrush.”
