“We bought 3 blinds in total but one arrived with a slightly bent side rail. Works OK so just used it anyway. Other than that very pleased with them. We need more so would consider going back to Tudor again”

“Can only give them 4 stars, as the ordered replacement vertical blinds had hangers which did not fit my rail. It would have helped if they had made/given the size of the hanger hole on their website. To resolve the issue we brought a rail from them too, which to their credit they did double check on size, etc and did do a quick manufacture. Will we buy from them again - YES the product is good and the service, despite my glitch, was excellent.”

“signed for delivery damaged fixing screws missing sent email asking for replacement fixings asked them to be posted. still waiting”

“Good website. However, info on how to measure the window would be useful. I had to ring for this. Delivery very prompt though the packaging was damaged but luckily did not affect the blind inside.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected Blind appears to be of good quality and fitting was very easy Operation of the blind is not as smooth as Keylites own blinds and it arrives with an ugly and unnecessary brush type hem attached to the bottom of the blind but luckily it can be removed. Not had the blinds long enough as yet to comment on the true quality as only time will tell..!!”

“I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my order I phone and was told you was out of stock of my blinds the lady I spoke to told me she had in stock an other blind in my colour and told me I would have my order the next day. And i did. I will be using you again thank you all”

“System error meant wrong width sent first time around. After a quick 'phone call a replacement order was raised. Correct size blinds- including an amendment by myself- were received last week. Very pleased with items -fit perfectly. Would recommend”

“We ordered some replacemtn vertical blind slats in white, which come ready joined and weighted. They are excellent. However, the plastic hanging inserts didn't fit our old blind. Fortunately, we were able to cut out out some of the plastic in the middle of the inserts which enabled us to fit them onto our blind.”
