Not impressed when they got my order wrong, which caused me a lot of extra work.

Michael, Apologies that you were sent 29 instead of 30 slats. As far as i am aware the extra slat was dispatched as soon as we received your correspondence. Best Regards Tudor Blinds

The blinds look okay but opening and closing them is a nightmare. I don't know if it has something to do with the design of the pole but it is very difficult to operate, especially when opening them. I don't think I would recommend blinds or pole to anyone.

When I first received my roller blind from Tudor Blinds it was actually somone else's - wrong colour and size. Their reponse was very quick when I informed them and they sent me a replacement within days. Unfortunately the second blind that I received was also wrong but when I emailed them to let them know, they never responded. When I phoned, I was told that someone would call me back. They never did. In the end I had to change the mechanisms over with the original blind to get the chain colour that I needed; then I had to saw down the pole at the bottom to get the right size. When you've spent nearly £65 on a blind, you don't really expect to have to do that!!!

very slow to update on progress, very slow to deliver, had to chase at every stage. Then sent wrong brackets and didn't bother to tell me they were sending replacements. It's the basics that they get wrong, I felt like a burden and apologies for wasting your time AS A CUSTOMER?

Dear Mr Appleton We did have an issue with the material curling on your blind, which you should have been informed about sooner and we are trying to improve in this area. The brackets were dispatched the day following your email to avoid further delays. Apologies Tudor Blinds

Had to chase up the order a couple of times. The blind is ok but does not have a bottom handle to pull it down & does not fully cover the window. We feel it should have a handle & a bottom rail to clip into. As there is no handle it is difficult to use the pole also

My blinds were slow to arrive, and I had to phone and email for information. My order was delayed but no one contacted me to advise me of this. The responses I received on the phone and via email were vague and fairly terse. I was not impressed by your customer service. My blinds have now arrived and are great but I will not use Tudor Blinds again.
