Avoid. Ordered number of blinds. Some arrived. Asked about remainder, said would arrive later. Chased & chased over several months. Finally admit that they were having problems with production but would refund if couldn’t fulfil. Then just ghosted, didn’t reply to anything. No response, no blinds, no refund.

Ordered a month ago, have emailed asking for update on order, no response, very disappointed as I have bare windows now.

Still waiting for my replacement blinds ordered on July 3rd .no replies to my e mails .no correspondence.dont know if I'm getting them or not . meanwhile my windows are bare .but they have taken the payment !!!

Took three weeks to let us know they didn’t have the fabric width we needed. Still waiting for our deposit to be returned

Blind didnt work from the moment i received it and emails not being answered on how to sort the problem. I'd go elsewhere, there's loads of companies

After waiting two weeks delivery and chasing several times, replacement blinds arrived shocking quality do not fit despite providing measurements replacing like for like Company never answers their phones Do not buy from this company I have complained with no response

I ordered vertical replacement blinds which I was very happy with. But I then ordered 3 months later the same thing but also with a track this time. The track took 3months to arrive and the vertical blinds were 2 inches to short. I have also asked SERVARAL times for an Copy invoice which I'm stilling waiting on. So I am not happy with their overall performance. I will definantly be finding someone else.

Received our venitian blinds no fixing clips and wrong size , after several negative phone calls , received a reply saying put the wrong measurement . We were replacing the same type of blinds which were 203 cm x203 cm in their box on ordering page , they said we put 2.003 confirmed by the order we sent ask for a copy no reply . They then offered to replace if we sent £20 for postage . Would not agree this was a week before XMas no response to date. Poor phone attitude ,poor service , unlike the good reviews we have seen . Binned the blinds and went to a local company , not rocket science is it Tudor blinds

Appalling service from this company. The order was wrong to begin with so they didn't send out the order to me which is understandable, however they did not notify me that the order was input incorrectly. I had to call two weeks later to find out that it was stopped, no courtesy call or email to notify me of this. I guess they just want to keep your money and not deliver! I called in yet again and spoke to a man there, over a week ago - don't know his name, but he cut the conversation short and promised a call back. Surprise surprise he didn't call back! I have no clue what is going on with the order. Pathetic service. It has been almost a month now with no resolution, no offer for a refund, even though I have requested one. I have spent almost £50 for the blinds but the company is absolutely useless. Please get your act together and either send me the order or refund me the money I paid to you.

Website was clunky and then there was an error which meant it did not appear to have processed the order properly. I did it again and then found I'd ordered twice. Also, and most fundamentally, the blinds have NOT YET ARRIVED. we're still waiting, with no word from Tudor Blinds about when they are coming.

I recently bought 2 keylite blinds. When the first one arrived, it had 2 right legs, and of different length. While the second blind went up just fine, I spent about 10 days emailing and calling before the issue was finally resolved. When I finally received the replacement legs for the first blind I discovered the blind was slightly too wide, due to very poor workmanship. With the frustration of having to chase the legs fresh in the memory, I decided to spend time repairing it myself. Unfortunately I couldn't get the winding mechanism working properly so I have had to order a new blind to match the other. Its been 2 weeks and Im still waiting. In the meantime I have had to take the first blind down and reinstall as it managed to tangle itself. I wont be buying here again.

First batch arrived with uneven stitching and shorter than the length. Spent almost a week and had to reply twice to get it sorted out via email for replacements to be sent which are still not the right length. Given up with this company and their poor response and shopped elsewhere instead

Cheryl You did receive poorly stitched blinds and we apologise for this, New slats were dispatched once the material arrived back in stock, it is disappointing to learn that you found the slats were the incorrect length. If we can rectify please contact the factory. Best Regards Tudor Blinds

Product was quite acceptable, but the slow delivery meant we had to drive an extra 140mile round trip to fit the blinds. Website is extremely misleading, next day delivery splashed everywhere, very unclear that it doesn't apply to most of the products for sale. When I eventually go through I was promised a delivery which didn't come when promised, hence the extra trip. Wouldn't use again.

Delivery was not as advertised - had to phone and still delivery was later than promised. Although I ordered to fit a specific window, I had to cut the supplied frame to fit and after very limited use, the blind is now stuck in the permanently closed position.

The fact that this has been sent to me is an absolute joke! Worst service and experience ever. Would never buy anything from here again.

Lucie, There was an issue with the postcode on your order which snowballed into the order taking several days to get to you. Apologies that you experienced this issue with Ourselves & DPD. Kind Regards Tudor Blinds
