“We ordered replacement vertical slats and chose Tudor blinds as the price was more favourable than other companies supplying the same type of slat. We initially ordered samples and these came very quickly. The replacement slats took a little longer than anticipated and it was not always easy to contact the company by phone; however when I did get through the call handler was helpful and polite. We are really pleased with the slats that come complete with chain, weights and hangers (unlike an other company I have used in the past) - the size,colour and quality were as expected and they were well packed.”

“I’ve been dealing with Tudor Blinds for many years.The quality of their products are excellent and their fittings and delivery I have never had a problem with either.I would highly recommend Tudor to purchase blinds from.In my own experience their blinds are quality for money.”

“Bought replacement slats as had got all the tracks. Really nice for the price 99p per slat. Arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. Would recommend but make sure you measure properly.”

“Received replacement slats 14 days after placing order - and in general was very pleased with them - but as I had to have the 5" slats, I didn't get as much choice on the materials as the 3" replacement slats - I was even further narrowed with my choice as I wanted quite a heavy one that you couldn't see through and also a washable one - I picked Whisper Ivory as I didn't want it to darken my room and whilst the swatch looked quite creamy when it is up at the window with the light on it - it looks whiter than I would have liked. So my only criticism is I would have liked more choice in the heavier materials even if they cost more.”

“Actually when we did the inside window measurements we measured at the botton. Unfortunately the top width measurement was a centimetre wider. Although a friend put it up (we are octegenarians!) it was very difficult and the blind is stuck about eight inches from the sill. Hopefully he will come back and dig out some plaster to try and get it to fit..... Not your fault and the blind itself is fine.”

“I previously ordered some replacement vertical blinds from Tudor and the service and quality was so good that I placed a further order for a replacement header rail. I gave them top marks last time but can't on this occasion as the rail was. slightly damaged on receipt although there was no damage to the outer packaging. They didn't seem to be over keen to resolve the problem but it was just before Christmas when they were very busy so I agreed to use the rail over Christmas and sort it out later. I waited for them to get back to me in the New Year but they didn't. By this time, I had decided that I could live with the rail so I contacted them and asked for a 25% discount which they immediately agreed to and credited my card account so all's well that ends well. I just wish they had been more pro-active in sorting the problem out. I will still order again from them though as the quality and price of their products is excellent and hope they will take note of this review to improve their customer service.”

“This is the second time I have used your company to replace the slats on my vertical blinds. First for the bathroom with a superior quality than the original and so simple to fit to existing fittings. The second time was for a blackout blind for my sons room which was ordered to be black on one side only but arrived black on both sides. I decided to live with it but had wanted the blinds to appear a uniform colour from the outside. Despite this I will still use you again when other blinds need replacing as it is so simple to order and well priced.”

“Generally good service, emailed a change in order half an hour after placed, this was not captured and received the original, after a few phone calls the correct ones were sent.”
