All the staff were professional welcoming & friendly and my body scrub and massage with Vee was fabulous. I was able to chat freely with Vee as she delivered my treatments as we shared similar travel experiences. When I visit next time I would choose Vee as my therapist if possible

My son also attended and he really enjoyed his massage with Sophie ( I may have got her name wrong - sorry) too. Also a quiet plavd to enjoy a chai latte after a massage and catch up. Staff are so polite and welcoming, clean and tranquil environment. we will return again.”

“Had a fantastic time at our first time visit. We enjoyed being able to use the sauna and steam rooms before our treatment. My husband and I opted for the mud wrap treatment which was brilliant - not only did we get the mud wrap but also a mini facial and massage included. Both our therapists were lovely and very skilled. Excited to come again!”

“Lovely few hours away from a busy family life. Robes towels all provided and very clean changing areas and showers. It was as good as my previes visits, staff very helpfull and kept all areas clean and tidy at all times. The break out relaxing area again a delight to chill out in. The water station was a little bit of a let down tepid water or Boiled water only, a nice iced water would have been welcomed after time in the saunas. I will be returning !!! next time with one of my friends, so thats my Christmas gift and treatment sorted, thanks guys for a lovely few hours with happy friendly faces what else could you want. “I have been there at least five times and every time I visit the service has been great . last friday I had a hamam scrub with Lucy which she did an amazing job and a facial by saffron. She too was amazing from start to finish. All the staff i have encounterd there has given first class service. I have recommended you to all family and friends. I will keep visiting at least once a month . Keep up the great work.”
