“Took ages to reply to messages (very rarely was he phone answers!) Miss informed the seller on several occasions. I had to email the seller to arrange several issues as they took so long to get messages across. I wouldn't sell my house with this company”

Thank you for your review, it is always good to hear about any negative feedback to try and improve our service even more. Unfortunately on this occasion the vendor of the property was working in Saudi Arabia at the start of the sale process, this made contacting him very difficult. We can only apologise for this as it was unfortunately out of our hands. The feedback we normally receive is that contacting us is easy and response times are normally very quick. On a more positive note the vendor who sold this property through us, found our service very good and kindly also filled out a review. We hope you would change your mind about using us in the future if you did decide to sell.”

“Have phoned numerous times to arrange a house viewing and have not even received a courtesy phone call back, I understand they are probably busy however it would take minutes to send an email acknowledging the request!”

Dear Mrs Davies, thank you for your comments. This is the first bad review that we have received. We take all reviews very seriously so I have thoroughly checked our email and phone logs and interviewed the staff involved. My understanding of the situation is that we called and emailed you to confirm the viewing within two hours of your request. Unfortunately though, our email confirmation ended up in your junk items rather than your inbox. I'm guessing that your work email address has a very strict firewall. I'm sorry that you had to call another two times for us to work out what the issue was, but i don't feel that their was any more that we could do in this instance.
