“I can't see how any traditional estate agent could have done anything more than Turtle. Laura was always helpful and came back to me quickly. The standard of the photography of my house was excellent - far better than photographs of other properties on Rightmove. I would use them again - and they were recommended to me in the first place. And of course, MUCH cheaper :-)”

“I used Turtle Homes in February this year to sell my home, I found them very friendly and professional. They would always let me know what was happening and would ask me how I felt in regards to price and selling etc, their photographer was a nce fella who would also cooperate well with me, the whole experience proved very satisfactory, thanks again.”

“I want to thank turtle homes for the service they provided me by keeping me updated, Gareth was one of the colleagues of turtle homes who provided excellent customer service. I wanted to view a property of turtle homes but unfortunately the vendors wasn't able to attend any viewings. But I was kept up to date most days to see if I was going to view. In the end I did buy elsewhere so this property wasn't for me. I viewed a lot of properties over the month period and not one estate agent provided customer service like turtle homes. Kind regards Mr davidson”

“There was no shower in the bathroom or separate dining room There was no shower in bathroom the dining room appeared to be in the hall and we would prefer a separate room. The lounge was not large enough for our needs. On the positive side the kitchen was really nice as also were the bedrooms. The main road was an issue for us.”

“I thought the correspondence with Turtle Homes by email was very good, they were quick to respond any queries I had and didn't 'hassle' me with unnecessary information I hadn't asked for. Good service and would use Turtle Homes again in my search for a new house.”

“Laura has been very helpful and a great go between as the seller was extremely nervous and eager for things to move incredibly quickly. She was always contactable, even at what seemed like out of office hours. Even though the office is based in Cheltenham and we are nowhere near that location, it didn't cause any issues. I would definitely consider using Turtle in the future.”
