“When I unpacked my order of several plastering sponges the NELA Black Edition Sponge Float with Expanded Sponge Base had a full length 'dent' in the sponge base due to poor packing resulting in the plastic edge of another item pressing into it. As it's a relatively dense material this has not levelled out at this point and therefore isn't much use as it is.”

Hi Andrew, Sorry to see you've received a sponge float that's damaged. Please can you send an image of your sponge float to enquiries@twtoolsuperstore.co.uk so we can review it and most likely get another one sent out to you? Please make it for the attention of Brenn Stafford - eCommerce Manager. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, TW

“Had a product query on a gate hinge. Got answered in great time. Ordered product and delivery was also in great time. Minor issue that hinge was galvanised not black as requested. Not a deal breaker”

Hi, thanks for your review. Sorry to see you had some issues with your delivery. Unfortunately, at the point of the order being completed the customers didn't leave a name on the order - only a full address instead. We're glad to see our courier information helped you locate the parcel! Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thanks TW

“I chose this pallet buster after reading various reviews of others also available online. Delivery was quick in just 2 days. The pallet buster is a solid heavy construction and easy to use. I haven’t used the small nail puller between the tines as I had a claw hammer for that. After 3-hours of breaking old pallets down it has paid for itself and does exactly what it says on the tin. It is a heavy bit if kit which explains why I ached afterwards! Also…don’t knock it into your shin…that really hurts!! :)”
