The trowel is great but I ordered this and payed for next day delivery and received it 6 days later with no apology or refund for next day delivery

Gone from using dpd to DW for deliveries who require a signature unlike dpd,didn’t know this until after I’d ordered something.so wasn’t in to sign for it (can’t get a refund for paying for next day delivery) then 3 days later they delivery the item and it’s damaged.so I’ve paid over the odds for my item and I’ll end up going to the shop anyway to exchange it a week after I originally wanted it.been using TW for years tho and this is the first time I’ve had problems and I’d say it’s cuz of the currier.

Good quality products at good prices. What lets you down though, is the fact that you use one of the worst-rated couriers in the UK, Evri/Hermes. My ordered item was sent in a plastic bag that arrived ripped. Fortunately, the item was not damaged. But I would pay more to buy similar items somewhere else, having peace of mind that they would arrive undamaged, than risk going through returning damaged items and so on.

the belt turned out to be too big and it's very big that it's hard to move in it because the pockets are definitely too big

Ordered on Monday at midday for next day delivery, part was needed urgently. Checking online at Tuesday dinnertime, the package hadn't been sent out and would mean no delivery till Wednesday. Emailed on Tuesday to find out why and didn't get a reply, part turned up Wednesday. Paid next day delivery, so would've been nice for sales to at least let me know it wasn't turning up. Can't see me using again, unless it absolutely necessary.

Hi John, Sorry for the delay with your parcel. We shipped the order on the same day before 3pm however, it seems like there was a delay with DPD at their sorting hub which is why it arrived a day late - likely caused by the snow and ice in certain parts of the UK affecting their operations. The star rating box above is compulsory but there is a possibility that the item was sent so i use the 2 star rating,i don't know the quality of the product as it never arrived, i could assume that it was sent and that it is as described but i can only assume because it never arrived,if in the future this thing turns up then maybe my view can be revised.but for now i don't have the item i paid for

The package had been opened and the item has used prior to me receiving it. -Seal on box broken -Internal packaging open and damaged Not happy

Using TW Wholesale for the first time, prices are very competitive. Ordered a few Speedskim stainless steel rules of varying sizes on the 16th, eight days in advance of a job I was doing. It’s the 25th, job has been and gone, but no Speedskims. I was asked to write this review before the items were even dispatched to Evri. I’m not reviewing Evri here, but only God knows how long they will take to deliver. If you need something quickly, you maybe need to pay a premium for quick delivery. If you have a few weeks lead time, TW Wholesale maybe a good option. In terms of rating TW Wholesale: 5 stars on price, zero on distribution.
