Hi Debbie, Sorry that your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe. We've looked into the tracking history on your order and can see it's been tangled up in the courier network for a few days now, however, it is now showing that it should be delivered soon; usually within 1 to 2 days. Sorry, our service hasn't lived up to your expectations and we would love to have another opportunity to show that this isn't particularly common. Cheers TW

The packaging you sent the item in was not sutiable, flimsy bag had loads of tears and holes in it and there was scuffs and marks all over the toolbag which I am sure could have been prevented had you have sent in a box. Poor delivery service

When I unpacked my order of several plastering sponges the NELA Black Edition Sponge Float with Expanded Sponge Base had a full length 'dent' in the sponge base due to poor packing resulting in the plastic edge of another item pressing into it. As it's a relatively dense material this has not levelled out at this point and therefore isn't much use as it is.

Helo, We had a big problem getting the package to the user! There were no name on the package only address to the hotel so the package vent missing for a week, thanks to the Hermes delivery photo they were able to locate the package.

Unfortunately the picture add for my purchase was misleading. Shows the complete package of bare gun & attachment with box but on arrival I realised the attachment is not included as pictured

Poor service from TW, clearly selling items they don’t have in stock. Just be honest and stop telling lies, I’d think twice before using again

Does the job i suppose but its just a plastic box & square foam. From the description i thought the foam would be cut out for trowels. Save yourself money buy a cheap plastic box from B&M for a fiver n bit of foam job done as thats all this box is

Was very disappointed to see how my item was packed especially with an item where any nicks to the blade can ruin it i expected it to come in a box but no it was just wrapped in tape so if anything heavy had be lent on it it would of bent the blade and it would of then been useless
