“So I received My C700 saw horses, look to be well made, only issue I had was when it was packaged they got parcel tape all over the labels and now they are damaged and I have brown stick glue all over them. Not the issue of the product.”

“Order was great when I eventually found it delivered to the wrong address. Courier company delivered to the wrong person - their database is clearly out of date - they delivered to the company who used to be in the premises on the order not to the premises!”

“Thought the lack of packiing not very good. Looked like they had just picked item box from the shelf, put a label on it and sent it to Hermes.”

“Fantastic product at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, caring and customer-focused. However, the actual delivery was a shambles! There was no communication at all to inform/confirm delivery (despite the shop staff going the extra mile to make this as smooth as possible) - the guy just turned up at the door and dumped the pallets on the driveway! Really not impressed”

“All arrived in time, and look good, didn't install it yet. Unfortunately, two boxes arrived damaged, still waiting for a replacement.”
