Hi Kay, apologies for the inconvenience caused here, we're discussing your order with Hermes to see if it can be located. That being said, we would be prepared to have your order refunded due to the time passed and to give you the ability to replace your order if you wish. Alternatively, I can organise a replacement order to be sent out with a different courier. Please get in touch with us, ask for Brenn Stafford and we'll be happy to help. Thanks, TW.

“Poor service from TW, clearly selling items they don’t have in stock. Just be honest and stop telling lies, I’d think twice before using again”

Hi Anthony, thanks for leaving your review. After some investigating it appears that your order was delayed in a courier depot - not that we didn't have stock. Luckily, your shipment has since begun to circulate the delivery networks and should be delivered to you today! We hope everything is in order and that you'll revise your review in due course. If you would like to discuss things further, please feel free to get in touch. Thanks, TW.

“Just what I was looking for cheap and doing the job, but having a courier to deliver such a small packet and very light surely you could have posted them 🤷🏼‍♂️”

Hi Karl, thanks for the feedback. You are quite right, we could've posted them, however, we have a company-wide policy whereby all of our orders are sent with some form of tracking on them so if they become lost or damaged we can get it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks, TW.

“Ordered 2x Einhell 4.0v power exchange batteries which were very competitively priced. Batteries arrived very quickly (considering P&P was free. Happy with purchase & would use this retailer again. One small point - the batteries were not boxed in einhell packaging but once charged worked fine.”
