Hi Karl, thanks for the feedback. You are quite right, we could've posted them, however, we have a company-wide policy whereby all of our orders are sent with some form of tracking on them so if they become lost or damaged we can get it resolved as soon as possible. Thanks, TW.

“Ordered 2x Einhell 4.0v power exchange batteries which were very competitively priced. Batteries arrived very quickly (considering P&P was free. Happy with purchase & would use this retailer again. One small point - the batteries were not boxed in einhell packaging but once charged worked fine.”
