Hi Jonathan, Thank you for leaving a review - sorry to see this didn't meet your expectations. We do open most of our power toolboxes before sending them out to check all the components are present. We do also test some products as well to sure they're working as intended. If this is something you're not happy with, please get in contact with us via email (info@twwholesale.co.uk) or telephone (01283 558313) and we'll be happy to help. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Thanks TW Wholesale

“Didn't know anything about TW Wholesale but they had the item I needed and the the price was the best I could find. Took a chance and ordered late evening Friday 28th Oct and it arrived Tuesday 1st Nov , so really fantastic turn around. I also got regular messages on the delivery progress, these came through as text to voice BT messages on my landline , but that's just due to me having that as the contact number on PayPal Great service all round.. I'll use them again for sure... trying to avoid the big A store where possible”
