“Have everything I want every time I pop in and if they don’t they will get it ordered. Top lads that work there and always on the ball to help find what you want. I’ve known the owners from when I set up my business 20years ago and they got me set up with tools then. Absolute pleasure to give them my support and custom for many years to come. Keep up the good work”

“After spending several unsuccessful hours visiting local plumbers merchants in search of an unusual size box spanner, I decided to look online and discovered TW Wholesale. I rang at 3.55pm and was told the item would have to be ordered in but that they would be able to receive it and despatch it to me the next day. I thought this unlikely because of the late hour but decided to order anyway...the guy I spoke to was friendly & helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a despatch confirmation email the following day and true to word, the out-of-stock item was delivered within 48hrs. Truly impressed - thank you TW Wholesale!”
