“Gone from using dpd to DW for deliveries who require a signature unlike dpd, didn’t know this until after I’d ordered something.so wasn’t in to sign for it (can’t get a refund for paying for next day delivery) then 3 days later they delivery the item and it’s damaged.so I’ve paid over the odds for my item and I’ll end up going to the shop anyway to exchange it a week after I originally wanted it.been using TW for years tho and this is the first time I’ve had problems and I’d say it’s cuz of the currier.”

“Ordered at 10:54am on a Tuesday, and the item was delivered to Northern Ireland before midday on Wednesday. Hard to fault that level of service. Shipping to NI was expensive at £17.99 but I was unable to source the item locally.”
