Hi Ioannis, Thanks for your review. Sorry to see you haven't received your order yet. We have reviewed the tracking and can see there was actually an attempted delivery on the 22/07/2022 at 09:10am. Unfortunately, there was no answer at the door and the parcel could not be left safe due to the location. Additionally, another delivery was attempted this morning at 09:54 and was unsuccessful.
