I find the product price to be very reasonable, and as a teacher I really appreciate the affordability.

I am a childminder, and have the Twinkl Ultimate subscription. I can't rate the site and the resources highly enough. A huge, and I mean HUGE range of ideas, activities and resources to inspire and help with planning activities. The site covers planning, report writing, reading and phonics, business tools, calendars, fantastic Twinkl original books (which my children love!), as well as activities to link them with, and a Create It area - there is more, and I am still finding my way around! As an Ultimate member, and because I opted in, I received their 2023/24 planner diary for free as part of my subscription - usually £24.99 or thereabouts - never thought to order it to be honest, but looking through, It is going to help me with planning for the younger EYFS children in my care. The resources on site keep my school aged children happy and busy every single day, with word searches, crafts, making, learning - so much so, that I printed off and created a 'Busy Bees' folder for each child using the resources on site, and they love these ... I decided not to do them for the Summer Term, and they moaned at me! LOL So they were made again, at their request. I try to include all areas of learning so that they are practising without realising, and they sit together and help each other out with subjects like Maths, English and Science and older helping younger school children - it's amazing to observe! LOVE the site, the resources and the price! Keep up the inspiration and a huge Thank you to the creators and designers behind the scenes that make it possible!

The work is just a bit expensive and most of them have a price. If all of the work was free, then I would recommend it to others.

They took my money without my consent and the customer support wouldn’t answer my phone calls or my emails. I’m still waiting for a refund

I’ve had the promise of a refund on 3 occasions now since the end of December 2023. All of which I was advised would clear my account in 5-7 working days. Each time no refund has been received and I just keep receiving the same email when I chase. I’ve raised it as fraudulent activity with my bank. Let’s hope it’s 3rd time lucky though I sincerely doubt it. My advise is do not subscribe.

My experience quite customer service reflects the high standard of the services provided, the replies from Laura and Alexandra were kind, clear and fast. While I am waiting for the refund to come through, I feel supported and confident I'll happily renew in the future the engagement with Twinkl, when I'll have again a need for the service. A bit of kindness always goes a long way!
