“I went in to the store to return a number of shirts because I ordered the wrong size. I met Derrick at the counter and he took my return and went looking to see which items they had in store. Turned out they only had one of the shirts in stock so he got on the phone with various other stores to track down the sizes I needed. The level of customer service Derrick provided made me feel like I was being helped with someone I had been friends with for years, rather than someone I had just met. Will definitely shop there in the future.”
