“I ordered a Thread and Supply shacket in a color that I was unable to find anywhere else. It was shipped promptly with a notice that it was shipped and I could track the package at anytime. It arrived without problems and was exactly what I wanted.”

“The jacket I ourcahsed from Tyler's was what I wanted and have been very happy with it. It fits many of the purposes I got it for. Its warm and very stylist . The inside pocket was a real suprise. Ususally in a fleese denim jacket you don't see that . I'm very happy wih my purchase.”

“I put chased a women’s ugh slippers online and chose the wrong color. I followed up immediately used the email on the email of the sale to explain the error I made. It was a Friday after your online purchases had left for weekend. Immediately Monday morning, Jon from the online purchase department assured me he had taken care of my error and the color I wanted was soon to be shipped. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.
