“My niece really likes shopping at Tyler's So, every year around Christmas time, I get a gift card for the last past, five or so years, Everything was/is always really simple and easy, I even remember, one year I actually made a mistake on the online order, So I called Tyler's customer service, and talked with a male person, can't remember his name, but the point is, He was very friendly, and very helpful, I don't and never shopped here, but ever I like this place.”

“I live in New Jersey but found Tyler's online. I was fortunate enough to have a week in Austin where I was able to visit the physical stores. Absolutely amazing. The customer service as an online customer is absolutely top notch. Even though I'm not local, definitely one of my favorite stores. Put it this way, my plane landed in Austin. Within hours, I was at Tyler's where I spent about 2 hours in awe lol. And again, living far away, I do rely on online purchases. I think they are the list of the great customer service companies!”
