“I ordered an XL online. When I received the shirt, there was an XL sticker on it. However, the tag attached and on the neck is XXL. Now, I have to return it. :( Otherwise, my husband loves the shirt. It is great quality.”

“I was really surprised and disappointed that the Olukai sandals didn't not arrive in a box. They were a gift for my wife's Valentine's Day. They showed up in a tacky Fed Ex envelope, no packing, all smashed up! I will not use you again...”

“I shopped in the Southlake store and asked about four items in size I needed for my son. They didn't have them but could order them and send them to me. However, the store manager said that would take them too long to do from their system and couldn't I go online to buy what I needed when I got home. It was not great customer service, but because I wanted the items for my son's birthday, I went home and found them online and ordered. When I received the order, one item still had the magnetic device on it that can only be removed at the store. So I had to drive back to Southlake and bring the item and the receipt to have the tag removed. They acted as though I had stolen the item asking a manager to come and speak with me. When I explained what happened and provided the receipt she apologized and said this happened to her at Banana Republic. Deflecting my frustration by saying another retailer did it is just poor leadership—worst customer service. I will not shop at Tyler's again.”

“I was looking everywhere for grey on-cloud Terry’s. The shoe was out of stock at every store I checked. I stumbled across Tyler’s but have never heard of it since I live in Louisiana. Did a little research on Tyler’s and decided to purchase the shoes. Two days later they were at my door! Great experience and I will use them again!”

“I love Tyler's so much! Grew up with them being around me and now that I am living outside of Texas, I always look forward to visiting when I am back home. They have a great selection of just about anything you could desire...other than black-tie attire 😂”

“I love my new Brooks Ghost 14 shoes. Tyler's Racquet and Jog had the size I needed and color I wanted. I loved the convenience of ordering online. My shoes came quickly and were in great packaging. Great service.”
