“If I could give Tyler's 10 stars, I would! They went way above and beyond to help me find an item I wanted to give as a birthday gift. When the item was not available for me to order online, I called customer service. They located a pair in one of their stores, and shipped them to me! Outstanding and friendly customer service!! “I had a wonderful first shopping experience with Tyler's. I was searching for a specific North Face backpack in a specific color for my 7th grader's first day of school. Of course, I was last-minute in my search. Tyler's came in clutch with 1-3 day delivery, getting the backpack to us the day before school started. After I placed the order, I called customer service to get some reassurance on my purchase because I was previously unfamiliar with Tyler's. The online orders associate was SO kind and SO helpful. He tracked my order in your system and assured me that it should arrive to us in time. And it did! I will certainly shop with Tyler's again!”
