“Had 3 different people phone for a contract that was not due for renewal until August 2020. Even when I said I would ring back the first 2 Dev & Tom would ring back within a few days, they did send current rates for British Gas on email but were too pushy about rates going up. I agreed contract over the phone with Dee who was very polite and spoke common sense.”

“I used a broker many moons ago, and had nothing but headache! So when I was contacted by UCR I was very sceptical, however I wish id used UCR consultants before, i got a really competitive price from my chosen supplier and the way in which everything was explained to me in laymans terms was fantastic... Very trustworthy, always answer the phone quickly, and have a wealth of knowledge on the industry.”

We know that the process can take a bit longer for domestic energy and we continue to work with energy suppliers to make the regulated process more efficient with signing up. it may take a while, but you can be assured though, that it's been done correctly and that every step of the process has been followed.
