“Both Rosa and madison were amazing. They were efficient and knowledgeable and fast, as a customer we want things sorted asap and hassle free and they made everything so easy for me. Thank you both of you I think you both deserve a promotion or some type of praise and appreciation for your excellent customer service skills. I previously managed an energy call centre so I know the skills you need to have and you both showed excellent customer service. Thank you very much!!”
