“Always question what you are offered. My son was offered £2,500 to renew his policy which had previously been £1000 and had not had accident in past year. Queried this and a few days later a lady rang with a better offer of £775 a year for business car insurance.”

“You are disregarding the customer's rights: first, you stated that the insurance policy would not be renewed because you were no longer handling insurance, and then you tried to auto-renew it without asking if I actually wanted to—especially since I already have insurance for my car with another company. I will not recommend you to anyone.”
