“Excellent service changed to a much higher powered car and they didn't ask me for stupid money to change half way through the policy, And a very nice fella called luke then waved the £50 adjustment fee for my private plate. Can't fault them. 👍”

“Excellent!! I have been a customer for the past two years and every time I’ve had an issue with making my payment. I’ve contacted them and they have been so understanding. I’m flexible spreading my payments out. Always happy with the customer support and real professional people who have empathy and understanding to help you. Very grateful. “Wanted to cancel policy on one car and set up new policy on another. Expected a long-winded phone call and obstacles to deal with e.g. info required I hadn't got or didn't know but Paul Onabajo made it all go off very smoothly and simply and didn't make me feel like a dinosaur because of being older and not very techno savvy. He was a pleasure to deal with.”
